3. Account Registration

To use Slotly Go as a business owner you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Slotly Go only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to conduct fraudulent transactions
• Impersonate any person or business
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

5. Payments and Billing

5.1 Subscription Fees Slotly Go operates on a subscription model. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. All prices are displayed on our pricing page and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Online Payments Slotly Go uses third-party payment processors including PayHere and PayPal to process subscription fees and customer bookings. By using the payment features you agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment processor. Loomod Ltd does not store full payment card details on its servers.

5.3 Customer Payments When your customers make bookings through your Slotly Go page, payments are collected by the payment processor on your behalf. Loomod Ltd takes a platform fee as outlined in your subscription plan. You are responsible for issuing refunds to your customers in accordance with your stated cancellation policy.

5.4 Refunds Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error please contact us at hello@slotlygo.com within 14 days of the charge.

5.5 Late Payment If payment is not received by the due date, Loomod Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account until the outstanding balance is settled.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. After cancellation your booking page will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

Loomod Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Slotly Go platform including but not limited to the software, design, text, and logos are owned by Loomod Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Slotly Go including your business name, images, and descriptions. By uploading content you grant Loomod Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loomod Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Loomod Ltd does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

Loomod Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice in the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
